Best shoe fitting experience any athlete can have. Got my feet and gate pattern scanned and shoes were picked to suit my needs. My sales associate/shoe technician made an educated recommendation and I left with the perfect pair of running shoes!!!
Also, in store there’s a ton of valuable stuff. Vests, water bottles, running clothes, socks, hats, and tons of other stuff to aid you in your running journey!!! Absolutely amazing
My sales person was very helpful. I learned a lot that I did not know about my feet. She was very professional and patient. I had a wonderful experience. I had made an appt for a fitting so I think this is the way to go in order to fully have the full experience and take advantage of what this store has to offer.
Love this store! Staff is always friendly and helpful, without being pushy. You can be a new runner, or a seasoned runner and they always treat you with respect and take time to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. If you don't see what you want in store, ASK, they most likely have it online and will help you navigate their website. Highly recommend
Absolutely love this place! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The selection is great. They can also order shoes if they don't have it in stock. I send all my athletes here and friends too. The best part is, if you're lucky, you could find their sidewalk clearance, and you could go home with two pairs of awesome running shoes for under $150.
I was lucky enough to find three pairs for a total of $180 a few months ago.
Kyle is an awesome employee, very patient and took the time to help me have happy feet before I left. Previously worked with Hunter and equally great and helpful employee. I enjoy my experiences at this store, clean and friendly and very helpful. Your feet are everything and they hook you up.
The staff at the Fort Washington Fleet Feet Store were very polite, courteous and professional. Zach was the associate who helped me and my wife. He did a fantastic job and was very patient helping us find the right shoes for us. My feet felt immediately better as I walked out of the store with my new shoes. We will definitely be back again.
This was my first time in the store and it was a wonderful experience.
I was greeted warmly at the door by Aaron (I believe) and connected immediately with Evelyn, who helped me out, even as a walk-in.
Evelyn helped me from start to finish, scanning my feet and tracking my gait and answered all of my questions patiently and kindly. She helped me try on multiple shoes and styles until I was satisfied and confident in my choice.
Kyle, the general manager was also helping out and creating a warm and familial environment, checking in to make sure everything was going well and that my questions were being answered.
I definitely recommend this store and the excellent staff.
Hunter was the absolute best!!! I went in JUST to look. Hunter took my measurements of my feet and a scan of how I walked. He was amazingly knowledgeable about the different shows and how they fit. He also taught me how to tie my shoes with the runners knot!!! Thank you Hunter! It was a pleasure meeting you!!!!
